When you make a purchase that is over $25.00 you qualify for *FREE STANDARD SHIPPING and handling. If your purchase is lower than $25.00 you will be offered UPS and USPS shipping solutions.Most items shipped same day if order is received before 2 pm.

Due to our low prices we are unable to incure freight charges on large orders. *FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is concidered shipment by UPS and USPS, not by freight carrier. Large orders requiring freight shipment are not a free offered service. Call us with your large order and we will work out the details.

Please be aware that Jarrod's does not offer free shipping outside the contiguous United States. If you live outside the contiguous United States your best option would be USPS )The United States Postal Service).

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. If the package is visibly damaged in any way you do not have to accept it. You may refuse delivery and the postal carrier will return the package to us. We will take care of it from there. Please call us and inform us that upon visual inspection you did not feel comfortable accepting the order and that it was refused.
  2. Call UPS and make a claim
  3. Call us and give us the UPS claim number so we may further investigate and resolve the matter.

30 Day Returns

Returning items to Jarrods Pest Control Supplies is easy. Please initiate your return within 30 days after the item was shipped.  Jarrods Pest Control Supplies will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges we incurred to ship your order, plus a 10% restocking and processing fee.

IMPORTANT: To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Jarrods Pest Control Supplies reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

How to Return an Item

Call us at 1-855-515-7378 or email clint@jarrods.net to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made ifthe item is defective in some way. We will give you information on how and where to return the product. You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs we incurred on your order plus a 10% restocking and  handling fee. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we process your refund. Allow whatever time your bank must take to process the funds into your account. Point of sale is Columbus, GA, USA. Any legal issues brought forth against Jarrods Pest Control Supplies will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal proceedings will be held in Muscogee County, Columbus, GA.
